Notes- – Large Digital Transformation project started 1-2 years back called Moonshot, focused around Salesforce. – 6-7+ pods spread out for each business unit with teams per pod (Deal Manager, Legal, Field IQ, LinkIQ, Digital Marketing, etc) – Doing a deduplication effort before ability to move to data cloud – Pipeline projects include Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice/Agentforce Voice, Mulesoft expansion and a new Pod focused around Collections & CAM – 40+ people across the teams.
