Parking Equipment Installation Technician - Indianapolis - TRAVELING About Us: Task Force Services is a leading provider of parking equipment installation and parking facility services, with over 50 years of combined industry experience. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Parking Equipment Installation Technician in Indianapolis to join our team. This role requires a willingness to travel extensively across the Continental United States, with travel comprising approximately 90% of the position. The ideal candidate will have a general construction skill set, a solutions-oriented approach, and a positive attitude toward team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Concrete Saw Cutting • Forming and Pouring Concrete • Gate and Machine Installation and Assembly • Conduit Installation and Cable Pulling • General Construction Duties Minimum Qualifications: • Experience in parking/access control equipment is helpful but not required • General construction skills and familiarity with power tools • Due to the necessity of driving and delivery of company equipment and rental equipment, and insurance purposes, candidates must be 25+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Ability to travel throughout the Continental United States weekly, by commercial airlines. • Valid Real ID - US driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to pass a background check and routine drug screening • High school diploma or equivalent • Former military candidates are welcome • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels • Professional demeanor with attention to detail • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling • Punctual and reliable with a focus on customer service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Requirements: • Must present valid, unexpired, original IDs sufficient to complete the I-9 form (details available here) Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental Insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Instructions: • Please submit your resume or job history to be considered for this position.
