Responsibilities The Snowflake Lounge Supervisor's typical job functions include: • Working directly with team members as bartender to mix and serve drinks to patrons • Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining outlet and equipment • Completing and reporting biweekly inventory • Preparing, reporting and reviewing monthly financial reviews • Scheduling staff • Supervising 5-12 team members to ensure consistent and efficient service to guests • Interviewing, hiring and mentoring team members, motivating and educating staff and coaching team members when necessary Qualifications This position might be for you if: • You are 18 years old • You possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience • You have general knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Publisher • You have experience with Point of Sale software • You have previous supervisory experience • You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays • You enjoy working with others and creating memorable experiences for guests
