Overview Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate at Eagle Metalcraft / CNY Graphics is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in hands-on manufacturing work. The Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate will assist in printing, packaging as well as other shop duties. No prior experience is required—we provide training—but a strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team are essential. Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • On-the-job training and growth opportunities • Schedule: 1st shift 7am-3:30 - Monday-Friday Responsibilities • Set up and operate screen printing and pad printing equipment (training provided) • Packing and Unpackaging delicate parts. • Inspect printed parts for accuracy, alignment, and defects • Follow work instructions, job travelers, and production schedules • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Assist with other shop tasks as needed Remote Position No Min Compensation USD $17.00/Hr. Max Compensation USD $20.00/Hr.
