Superintendent Job Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent; 8 years preferred. • Proven expertise in managing ground-up and renovation construction projects successfully. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications, with proficiency in relevant technology. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. • Commitment to jobsite safety and promoting a safe working environment for all personnel. • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to resolve construction challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
