This role ensures the accurate, repeatable, and efficient installation of fasteners to engineering specifications.   Essential Duties: • Operate hardware presses to install a variety of clinch fasteners into sheet metal components • Configure and adjust bowl feeders to optimize feed rates, minimize handling, and maintain consistent insertion cycles • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to confirm fastener type, placement, and orientation • Inspect and validate installations to meet dimensional, mechanical, and repeatability requirements, reporting nonconformance to quality and/or supervisors as needed • Maintain machine reliability through setup, adjustment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, following safety policies without exception • Assist with other duties as assigned with fabrication and assembly processes Minimum Qualifications:  • No minimum experience or education required. Prior experience with hardware insertion equipment is preferred.
