Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate-level Relativity Technology Specialist to join its Discovery & Analytics Solutions practice. This role will configure and support Relativity environments, standardize repeatable review workflows, resolve technical issues, and provide extended coverage for U.S. West Coast matters. The successful candidate will help project teams deliver accurate, efficient, and defensible eDiscovery services across multiple concurrent engagements. Day to day responsibilities: • Configure and administer Relativity workspaces, including users, permissions, layouts, fields, views, searches, batches, coding workflows, and review queues. • Support technical workflows throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data processing, ingestion, review, analytics, productions, exports, and matter close-out activities. • Translate project requirements into standardized, repeatable workspace configurations and operating procedures. • Diagnose and resolve platform, workflow, and user issues; document root causes and resolutions; and escalate complex problems when appropriate. • Perform and document quality checks for workspace setup, data loads, searches, productions, and deliverables. • Monitor active workflows, identify potential delays or technical risks, and coordinate timely handoffs across U.S. and global delivery teams. • Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, checklists, and reusable templates. • Provide practical guidance and training to project teams and reviewers on approved Relativity workflows. Essential traits: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. • Typically 3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or Relativity administration. • Strong hands-on experience administering Relativity workspaces and supporting core eDiscovery workflows, including review, analytics, productions, and exports. • Relativity Certified Administrator certification or other relevant Relativity certifications are preferred. • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, prioritization, and communication skills. • Ability to support multiple concurrent matters and collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through your U.S.-specific benefits, which include: • Healthcare Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. • Time Off and Leave Policies: Generous paid time off (PTO), paid company holidays, generous parental and family leave. • Protective Insurances: Life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and accident protection. • Compensation and Rewards: Competitive salary structures, performance-based incentives, and merit-based compensation reviews. • Retirement Plans: 401(k) plans with company matching.
