Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner Supervisor to lead and support a team of cleaning professionals during evening operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality service, and the ability to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met. Supervisor experience is preferred. Cleaner Supervisor (Evening Shift) Pay: $18.00 per hour (Paid Weekly) Schedule: Monday through Friday, Evening Shift Key Responsibilities • Supervise and support cleaning staff during assigned shifts. • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards and client expectations. • Conduct routine inspections of work areas to maintain quality and compliance. • Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance and productivity. • Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency. • Address employee concerns and provide ongoing support as needed. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. • Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed. • Report any maintenance, safety, or operational issues to management. Qualifications • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. • Janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to lead a team in a professional and positive manner. • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties as needed. • Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete any required background screening.
