Position Accountabilities • Serve in a support role to the Head Coach • Assistance with all phases of the program (varsity and reserve) including coaching, recruiting, coordinating and organizing practices, scheduling, monitoring academics, weight room, player skill development, and skill evaluation • Additional duties may include gameday administration, fundraising, game-related activities, and camps/clinics. • Must have the ability to achieve certification to transport students to team athletic events. • Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach & Director of Athletics. Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • College coaching and recruiting experience preferred. • Demonstrated successful experience in playing and/or coaching at collegiate, university, or professional level. • Knowledge of NAIA and Heart of America Athletic Conference rules and regulations. • A proven record of integrity, high principles and demonstrated skill in developing and motivating student athletes academically and athletically. • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. • Valid Driver's license • Candidate must pass a pre-employment background investigation to be hired for this position.
