The Unit Secretary/Telemetry Technician's function is to perform the clerical duties of the nursing unit, is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting cardiac rhythms of patients on Telemetry. Required Qualifications: • Coursework/Training - Dysrhythmia class and passes exam within six (6) months of hire. • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire • 6 months general clerical experience or successful completion of Ward Clerk/Unit Secretary training program.
