Weston & Sampson is seeking a Co-Op employee for our Summer 2027 full-time Co-Op/Intern program running from May - August. You will be performing cross-connection control surveys for both private and public water systems. This role will be located out of our Plymouth, MA or Wilmington, MA office. What you will do: • Basic computer literacy skills required including an understanding of Microsoft Office suite • Effectively use a backflow test kit • Develop understanding of cross connection system and work towards meeting daily production requirements • Develops production skills by learning how to use the software efficiently. • Document field activity for client and office • Completing testing & surveys assigned • Develop customer oriented interpersonal skills • Seek clarification on unclear requirements and to identify and clarify assumptions in design and implementation • Exhibits Weston & Sampson's core values, focuses on understanding and demonstrating these values. What you will bring: • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required • 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field with a basic understanding/interest in water systems • Must be willing to obtain required licenses within specified timeframe • Valid driver’s license is required with good driving record • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team environment and get along with others • Ability to meet deadlines, to work cooperatively with others and when necessary, work overtime and weekends • Must be able to communicate through email and complete basic data entry and documentation requirements Salary Range Per Hour: $22.00 - $26.00 Based on Education Overview: Weston & Sampson is an 100% employee-owned, full-service environmental and infrastructure consulting firm made up of more than 800 professionals, who work together to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
