Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.44 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. • Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and loading areas at a logistics and distribution location; verify authorized entry and report unusual activity according to site procedures. • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location. • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. • Document daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations accurately in required reports and logs. Minimum Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
