The role will also involve coordinating with internal stakeholders and addressing customer queries related to collections and receivables. Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) reporting, including tracking and follow-up of overdue receivables. • Handle customer queries related to accounts receivable and collections. • Manage collection accounting and reporting activities. • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. • Support and respond to audit queries related to collections and accounts receivable. • Publish standard dashboards and reports on collections and AR. • Handle internal stakeholder requests and queries, including report customization and analysis. • Provide the required data and insights to support management reporting and decision-making. Educational Qualification • Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Finance Operations, or a related role. Experience • Good understanding of AR processes, collections, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is preferred.
