Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Compassionate ✔ Dependable ✔ Organized ✔ Team-Oriented ✔ Service-Focused ✔ Professional ✔ Adaptable ✔ Strong Communicator ✔ Effective Leader ✔ Solution-Oriented ✔ Committed to Helping Others Succeed Qualifications Required • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of two years of managerial experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in a group home setting • Two years of DDD licensing experience • Must be at least 21 years of age • Valid non-provisional driver's license with no more than six points • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong documentation skills • Excellent judgment, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills • Ability to supervise staff and support individuals receiving residential services • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Physical ability to fulfill all essential job responsibilities Preferred • Experience managing residential group home operations • Experience with staff development and performance management • Knowledge of IDD regulations, DDD licensing requirements, and person-centered supports • Experience conducting assessments, treatment planning, and program oversight • Experience with payroll review, scheduling, and budget management Schedule • Full-Time • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM • Must be in ratio 3 days per week • Schedule may vary based on program coverage, shift coverage, consumer needs, and hospital coverage requirements • Participation in after-hours and on-call responsibilities may be required • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency situations as needed Physical Requirements • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds when necessary • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and climb stairs • Ability to drive and transport individuals when needed • Ability to utilize office equipment and computer systems • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills.
