To strengthen our team at MM Board North Africa in Tunis, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Administration & Customer Service Executive (m/f/d) who will connect our European mills, customers in North Africa and headquarters in Vienna. ## Your Role * You manage customer orders from confirmation through production and shipment to final delivery, ensuring reliable follow-up throughout the entire process * You coordinate closely with the local sales team, our European mills, the customer service hubs in Austria, Finland and Poland, and customers across North Africa * You respond to customer requests, provide clear updates and identify potential issues early to help ensure smooth order fulfilment and a positive customer experience * You support the Sales Directors with offers, customer follow-ups, reporting, agenda management and travel coordination * You coordinate the day-to-day needs of the Tunis office and support the monthly accounting process ## Your Profile * You ideally have a university degree and have gained experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in order management, sales administration or customer follow-up * You bring knowledge of international trade or maritime freight, including Incoterms or shipping documentation, or are familiar with comparable international order processes * You are proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools and ideally have experience working with an ERP system such as SAP * You work independently and in a well-organised manner, take ownership of results and maintain accuracy and reliability when coordinating multiple orders, stakeholders and deadlines * You are fluent in English (C1+) and French; knowledge of Arabic or another language is an advantage ## Our Offer Join our dedicated team and become part of a leading international group, working closely with colleagues across the organisation and with our headquarters in Vienna.
