Under the supervision of the Extended Care Director, the Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and organizing activities in Extended Care for residents. Your responsibilities would be: • Responsible for creating and enhancing resident programs and activities. • Develops a written calendar of monthly programs and events. • Assess and update resident interests, needs and strengths and help set service plans accordingly. • Manage and maintain themed programming spaces, life skills stations and cue boxes for residents. Requirements: • Must be out-going and energetic, with ability to encourage and motivate residents and staff to attend and participate in programs.
