Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant. We are looking for a Homecare Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team in our Metro area in Minneapolis, MN. As our Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will support patients in improving, regaining, and maintaining their functional mobility and physical abilities under the supervision of a physical therapist. Your responsibilities will include assisting with treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises to improve strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination, preparing therapy equipment, monitoring patient progress, and documenting outcomes. To be successful, you must have strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team. Position Type: Part-Time, with productivity expectations of 5-6 visits a day. Wage Range: $30 - $36 / hour depending on experience. Location: Metro, primarily north and west metro Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities: • Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies. • Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition. • Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery. • Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care.
