## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader where we pioneer technology for mobility experience that matters to people. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities The Deputy Plant Manager sets up the organization and manages operations in accordance with cost, quality, and deadline constraints. He/she defines the manufacturing strategy for the product lines and ensures the overall performance of production, logistics, and quality. Finally, he/she supports the Autonomous Production, Logistics, and Quality Unit Managers and develops their skills. The main mission of the role: * Supervise the Production (UAP), Logistics, and Quality managers, while supporting function managers (HSE, HR, Finance, Purchasing, etc.) and ensure the proper flow of information. * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Drive the plant's performance in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD), develop and respect the plant's budget. * Delivers improvement in the QCD results of the products and processes, optimize the plant layout and the use of equipment. * Ensure the proper anticipation, at all levels of the plant, of the production launches of new products. * Drive supplier performance improvement. * Define a deployment plan for the Faurecia Excellence System and implement it. * Involve everyone in the continuous improvement process. * Ensure employee health, environmental protection, and plant safety. * Ensure the recruitment, integration, training, and development of the plant's employees. * Manage with the Plant Manager the social climate and labor relations. * Develop future Forvia experts and managers. * Animate the Gap (TOP5, QRQC, TOP 60, HSE audit). * Generate and implement improvement ideas. ## Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management Professional Experience: * Successful experience in production management utilizing lean manufacturing systems. * Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Preferably in the automotive industry.
