What You'll Do • Work alongside a lead installer replacing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits • Carry and haul out equipment, and load and unload the truck • Learn ductwork, brazing, wiring, and system start-up hands-on • Protect the customer's home and leave every job cleaner than you found it What You Bring • 0–2 years of experience. HVAC, construction, warehouse, or any hands-on work counts. • Reliable, on time, and coachable • Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to pass a background check • EPA 608 certification or HVAC trade school is a plus but not required.
