The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in framing, flooring installation, carpentry, or other skilled construction trades. Key Responsibilities • Assist with framing, flooring installation, carpentry, and general construction tasks. • Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately. • Read and follow measurements, instructions, and basic construction plans. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. • Assist with building and assembling structures for new residential construction. • Perform demolition, material handling, and job site preparation as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Work alongside construction crews to complete projects on schedule. • Follow all workplace safety procedures. Requirements • Requirements • Previous hands-on construction experience required. • Experience in at least one of the following areas: framing, flooring, carpentry, or residential construction. • Ability to use common hand tools and power tools. • Basic knowledge of construction measurements and building materials. • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Reliable transportation to job sites. • Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
