Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd shift WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including but not limited to receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory. This is a second shift position and is a great opportunity to make a daily impact by directly overseeing warehouse associates while having the opportunity to create training and employee engagement programs that help in the growth of our employees. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will • Ensure retail and freight orders are shipped out promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction • Troubleshoot orders with issues • Train department leads to use new processes • Work with personnel to find ways to increase productivity while ensuring safety is a top concern • Enforce company guidelines and safety requirements • Oversee employees by enforcing all company guidelines, and safety requirements • Prioritize duties based on daily workload • Effectively communicate any concerns or issues that arise during the shift with any and all relevant parties i.e. supervisors, management, HR, etc. • Communicate through email assisting CSRs with questions or concerns pertaining to customer orders • Understand how to troubleshoot the conveyer system • Accept any special tasks or duties that management requests • Create a positive work environment for everyone • Oversee special projects as needed • Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols • Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties • Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department Qualifications • Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to communicate work instructions and feedback in a simple and respectful manner • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude • A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries • Ability to detect shortages, delays, work stoppages, and other issues that lead to downtime or efficiency loss • Dependable, with an excellent attendance record • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required • Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to communicate work instructions and feedback in a simple and respectful manner • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse software • Authorized to work in the United States Why you’ll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
