Key Responsibilities • Provide end-to-end technical and functional support for the Trintech ReconNET application. • Manage reconciliation of retail POS sales transactions, credit/debit card settlements, cash transactions, and bank deposits. • Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions, deposit discrepancies, settlement variances, and reconciliation exceptions. • Configure and maintain reconciliation rules, matching logic, workflows, and exception-handling processes. • Troubleshoot application issues, data integration failures, and reconciliation processing errors. • Support enhancements, automation initiatives, and reconciliation process improvements. • Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Retail Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation. • Support production operations, root-cause analysis, and resolution of critical incidents.
