Description The VIG is getting ready to open the doors to our newest location in Paradise Valley, and we are looking for energetic, passionate, and hospitality-driven individuals to join us! If you love great food, great drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities: • Follow prep lists to chop, portion, and pre-assemble menu components. • Prepare bulk sauces, dressings, soups, and tavern signature items. • Label, date, and organize all prepped items using the FIFO (first-in, first-out) method. • Receive, inspect, and put away inventory deliveries. • Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and clean prep equipment. • Prepares bulk recipes, chops vegetables, portions proteins, and organizes incoming inventory to set the line cooks up for success.
