Description Primary duties are being capable of running the automatic spreader, cutter and efficiently operating in the bundling position. Requirements • Possess ability to maintain flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department, i.e. overtime, alternating lunch and break schedules when needed. • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. • Ability to listen to what is said and act upon it appropriately. • Ability to use tact and empathy in dealing with people of varied backgrounds. • Ability to establish effective working relationships. • Ability to work independently or in a team environment and plan and organize workload. • Accepts responsibility and demonstrates leadership. • Is able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Trustworthy- Able to keep business confidential as required. • Open minded- Willing to embrace change. • Forklift experience preferred. • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office products preferred. Education and or Experience High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Certifications/Licenses/Registrations: Physical Demands Repetitive motion required.
