Dealership: L0455 Kia of Frisco Kia of Frisco Reports to: Service Manager Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays Kia of Frisco is looking for a customer-focused Porter / Rental Agent to support our Service department. This hybrid role combines assisting customers with our service loaner vehicles while helping keep vehicles staged, organized, clean, fueled, and ready to go. What You'll Do • Assist customers with the check-out and return of service loaner vehicles • Complete loaner paperwork and help provide a smooth, professional customer experience • Track loaner vehicle availability, keys, mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition • Inspect vehicles before check-out and upon return, documenting any damage or concerns • Clean, fuel, and prepare loaner vehicles for the next customer • Move, park, retrieve, and stage customer, loaner, and dealership vehicles • Assist with vehicle flow throughout the Service drive and dealership • Keep parking, staging, and loaner vehicle areas clean and organized • Retrieve vehicles for customers when Service work is completed • Communicate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager regarding vehicle availability and customer needs • Assist with general porter duties and other Service department vehicle needs • Follow dealership procedures for the safe handling and operation of all vehicles What You'll Bring • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, retail, rental car, or similar experience • Previous automotive dealership or porter experience • Provide professional, friendly service while assisting customers • Manage multiple vehicle needs • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the shift • Safely park and maneuver a variety of vehicles • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements • Availability to work Saturdays and a flexible schedule Total Rewards We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: • Competitive pay • Medical, Dental and Vision Plans • Paid Holidays & PTO • Short and Long-Term Disability • Paid Life Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Lithia Learning Center • Vehicle Purchase Discounts • Wellness Programs Additional information about our Total Rewards benefits can be reviewed on our careers site at www.totalrewards.lithiadriveway.com.
