As a Used Car Technician, you'll play a critical role in preparing pre-owned vehicles for retail sale. This involves performing inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that meet our high standards for safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do • Perform multi-point inspections on used vehicles. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns. • Complete reconditioning, maintenance, and repair work efficiently and accurately. • Ensure all repairs meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards. • Road-test vehicles as needed to verify repairs. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Collaborate with service advisors, managers, and team members to ensure timely vehicle delivery. What You'll Bring • We require 2 years of professional automotive technician experience. • Strong diagnostic and repair abilities across multiple vehicle makes and models. • ASE certifications are a ideal. • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions. • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to quality. • Team-oriented attitude and dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
