Your Role As our Full-Time On-Call Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting resident health, safety, and continuity of care. • Providing direct nursing care to residents when responding to an on-call need • Supporting safe medication administration and management • Supervising and assisting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) • Responding to changes in resident condition and urgent clinical needs • Collaborating with nursing leadership and the care team to maintain high standards of resident care The position includes regularly scheduled hours as well as on-call responsibilities.
