Requirements Security Officer Qualifications • Valid New York State Security Guard License • 8-Hour Pre-Assignment Training Certificate • 16-Hour On-the-Job Training Certificate • Prior experience in residential security, corporate security, concierge security, or customer-facing security roles preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and polished demeanor • Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required Concierge Qualifications • Minimum 1 year customer service experience • Prior experience in residential security, corporate security, concierge security, or customer-facing security roles preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and polished demeanor • Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required • Handle package deliveries, including logging and distributing, as well as external vendor deliveries Fire Life Safety Director Qualifications • Valid New York State Security Guard License • T-89 License or F-89 License • 1 Year FLSD Experience • Prior experience in residential security, corporate security, concierge security, or customer-facing security roles preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and polished demeanor • Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required • Manning the command station as well as the lobby desk • Making announcements • Responding to alarms (supervisory, trouble and fire) • Carrying out EAP and fire plans when necessary #ZR
