The ideal candidate is self‑driven, takes ownership of daily operations, and contributes to delivering a seamless experience for internal customers. This role is highly cross‑functional and works closely with IT, Security, Finance, and engineering teams to ensure stable and efficient service operations. Responsibilities: • Support and operate IT asset and facility management services (e.g., business phones, AV assets) for internal customers and users • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations • Identify, understand, and document market and customer needs, collaborating with engineering teams to translate requirements into product features • Analyze product and market data through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance teams to enhance mobility and workspace management solutions • Monitor competitive landscape and contribute to competitive strategy discussions • Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience • 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Preferred experience with product management or enterprise SaaS product support (3+ years) • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills • Bilingual proficiency in Korean preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
