Peoria, AZ CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews • Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance • Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies • Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology • Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily • Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules • Other tasks and administrative duties Required: • Past supervisory experience • MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish) • Driver’s License and good driving record Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: • Attendance/Punctuality- Is consistently at work and on time. • Dependability- Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan • Safety and Security- Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly Job Type: Full-time • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Night shift Work Location: In person Salary: Depending on experience CCS Facility Services business foundation is our people.
