This role manages cycle counting, inventory reporting, and adjustments, while supporting FIFO/FEFO and FSQ compliance. The coordinator serves as a key resource for investigating inventory discrepancies, resolving production and inventory errors, and assisting cross-functional teams with material and system-related requests. What You'll Do: • Own the management and accuracy of ingredient, packaging material, and/or finished goods inventory. • Spend regular time in warehouse and production areas to validate physical inventory, support cycle counts, and ensure system-to-floor alignment. • Coordinate material transfers with internal operations and external warehouse partners. • Support FIFO / FEFO practices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) requirements. • Perform routine cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity. • Assist with fiscal year-end inventory audits. • Investigate inventory errors and discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. • Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Production, FSQ, Procurement, Customer Service, and other departments as needed. • Serve as a subject matter expert for Ross ERP, Savannah, TraceGains, and related systems. • Complete daily production entries and/or batch issuing activities. • Monitor, review, and close jobs within Ross ERP as required. • Support loss, waste, and inventory variance analysis initiatives. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements What You'll Need: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. • Previous forklift experience required. • Ability to support warehouse and inventory functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Windows, Word, Excel) and warehouse/inventory management systems. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and effectively with diverse teams while promoting an inclusive work environment.
