Requirements What You’ll Need • 2+ years in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems. • PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred). • Experience with instrumentation, schematics, and motion control. • Strong safety focus and teamwork mindset. • Bonus: Experience with Beckhoff, Fanuc, or vision systems.
