Front Desk Agents have grown into Supervisors, Front Office Managers, General Managers, and beyond. What You’ll Do Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and a friendly smile. Make, update, and confirm reservations. Answer calls and questions about hotel amenities, services, and the surrounding area. Share recommendations for Richmond dining, attractions, and entertainment. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to communicate room readiness and guest requests. Listen to guest concerns, help find solutions, and involve leadership when needed. Protect guest privacy and follow hotel security procedures. Keep the front desk organized and support your teammates across both properties. Qualifications: YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU... A positive attitude and willingness to help others. A welcoming personality and clear, professional communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. The confidence using computers and learning hotel reservation systems. The ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods. Have dependability and reliable transportation to work. Have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift or carry up to 25 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
