Job Details: Job Location: LHCC - HICKORY, NC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, In this role, you will ensure a safe and clean environment in all areas of the club. You will perform daily cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently and complete operational processes as needed to provide an excellent member and guest experience. What You’ll Do • Clean all areas of the club (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following club best practices and standards procedures, guidelines, and methods • Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment • Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance • Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines All associate roles at LHCC are responsible for: • Acting with integrity, honesty and fostering teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture • Exercising good judgment and discernment when making decisions • Demonstrating a customer service mindset • Accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes • Following company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines • Maintaining adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers • Receiving, understanding and proactively responding to direction from supervisors/managers and other company personnel • Other responsibilities as assignedQualifications: Required • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Must be 18 years of age or older • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
