Responsibilities: Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Support development of production workflows and process controls to ensure consistent product quality. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with production line setup and changeovers as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.   Qualifications: Qualifications Actively pursuing a BSME or equivalent Basic skills with 3D modeling software (preferably SolidWorks) Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-motivated. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive motions, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to lift to 30 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally without assistance, and up to 75 pounds with assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with limited climate control, including exposure to seasonal heat and cold.
