We manage apartment communities across the South, Southeast, and South Atlantic for both RREAF Holdings and third-party owners. Our focus is the full resident journey. We want people to find a home with us and choose to stay, so we invest in the service, programs, and community experiences that make that happen. Behind every community is a Dallas-based corporate team that gives onsite teams the systems, support, and expertise they need to succeed.   Position Summary RR Living is looking for a skilled, proactive Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to support our growing portfolio of multifamily communities. This role focuses on filling onsite property management positions, including maintenance and leasing staff, and on welcoming and supporting every new hire through their first 90 days. The budgeted salary for this role is up to $65,000, with some flexibility for the right candidate based on their qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, service-minded recruiter who attracts and hires qualified, reliable professionals. This person will partner closely with Regional and Site leadership to understand staffing needs, manage full-cycle recruiting, and help maintain a strong onsite workforce presence.   Work Environment This hybrid role is based at our Dallas corporate office three days per week, with flexibility to meet business needs. Occasional travel to RR Living communities may be needed to support job fairs, interviews, and onsite onboarding.   Key Responsibilities Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruiting for onsite community roles, including Leasing Consultants, Service Technicians, and Community Managers. Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles. Develop and post job listings across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to attract qualified candidates. Source, screen, and interview candidates to confirm alignment with role requirements and company values. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Keep hiring managers informed with clear, timely updates on recruiting progress and candidate pipelines. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership. Train and coach leadership on effective interviewing techniques so candidates are evaluated thoroughly and consistently. Onboarding Partner with Human Resources to complete all pre-employment and onboarding processes accurately and on time. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance through their first 90 days. Coordinate new-hire paperwork, system access, equipment, and first-day logistics with Site and Regional leadership. Conduct structured check-ins with new hires at 30, 60, and 90 days to gauge engagement, address early challenges, and support retention. Document check-in outcomes and escalate concerns to Human Resources and site leadership promptly. Gather new-hire feedback to refine the onboarding process and reduce early-tenure turnover. Qualifications: Required 2+ years of recruiting experience. Proven success in high-volume recruiting or multi-location support. Experience recruiting for onsite property roles such as maintenance, leasing, and management. Preferred Recruiting experience in multifamily housing, property management, or hospitality, with multifamily preferred. Experience coordinating structured new-hire onboarding or 30/60/90-day check-in programs. Fluent in Spanish and English.   An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
