Collects, weighs, records, and properly disposes of plant scrap in accordance with corporate policies and established procedures. Ensures housekeeping standards are consistently met to support operational efficiency and workplace safety. Pay Rate: $20.05 per hour What You’ll Need: • Continuous standing and walking • Continuous pushing and pulling cart and material. • Continuous repetitive use of hands/arms • Frequent lifting and moving of work in process (panels, finished caps) less than 10 pounds. • Occasional reaching overhead to retrieve components from storage or place finished units in cart. • Occasional lifting and carrying of supply rolls weighing up to 25 pounds. • Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime on demand. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Other duties as assigned. #LI-DNP Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
