Experience Everything MileOne Has to Offer: • Competitive compensation of $31,200 – $100,000+ per year, with unlimited earning potential • Professional training and one-on-one mentoring • Excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement • Positive, supportive, and success-driven work environment • State-of-the-art CRM, inventory management, and internet resources • Access to a large selection of dealership inventory Sales Associate Responsibilities: • Accurately present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology to prospective customers. • Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers throughout the vehicle-buying process. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone calls, emails, internet inquiries, and other lead sources. • Explain vehicle pricing, financing options, and available products and services. • Negotiate pricing professionally while working to meet customer needs and dealership goals. • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. • Maintain an ethical, professional, and customer-focused approach to all business activities. • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Honda vehicles, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Sales Associate Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to maximizing customer satisfaction. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or commission-based experience is a plus. • Excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills. • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training. • Valid driver's license.
