Why Work With Us: • Pay: Starting rate is $17.75/ hour; could be eligible for more based on experience • Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM with overtime as required • Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k Retirement Plan (100% employer match), Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave, PTO, Paid Holidays, and more! • Professional Growth: Enhance your skills with hands-on experience to be considered for promotional opportunities What You Will Do: • Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards. • Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment. • Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment. • Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned Who We Are Looking For: • Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills. • Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions What Makes You Stand Out: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Two years of manufacturing and/ or warehouse experience • Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval • Lift truck operation experience Majestic Steel is America’s domestic supply chain provider for rolled steel and we’re ready to tackle America’s housing, infrastructure, job, and sustainability challenges now and into the future.
