This job is located in Middleville, Michigan Wages starting at 21 per hour for this position Listed below are the qualifications required for consideration: Required Qualifications: • Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures • Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards • Adhere to all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements • Ability to work within shift timeframes as well as adhere to overtime requirements • Exhibit reliable and predictable attendance • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment • Willingness to perform physical work for extended shifts (8–12 hours) • Ability to safely use basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience • Experience in metalworking, steel, or aluminum environments • Mechanical aptitude, including troubleshooting or repairing equipment • Basic math skills and ability to understand measurements • Willingness and ability to be cross-trained across multiple roles Skills to Be Successful in This Role: • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset • Strong attention to detail to meet quality and product specifications • Clear communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to quickly learn and apply new processes and instructions • Adaptability in a fast-changing production environment • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn from mistakes • Self-motivated with a focus on personal growth and skill development
