Responsibilities • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. • Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being. • Help clients with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks. • Monitor client health and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or family members. • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
