Benefits • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • 401(K) Plan • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Employee Discounts on products & services • Saturday lunches Responsibilities • Oversee internal repair orders, complete the recon process in a timely manner as set forth by management. • Take ownership of the reconditioning experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. • Distribute work between technicians efficiently. • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. • Maintain the recon spreed sheet and conduct a daily meeting with Service and Sales management. • Keep track of ordered parts and tools as necessary. • Oversee sublets to vendors. Ensure invoices are correct and attached to the repair order via Purchase Order process. • Dispatch details to carwash/detailer. • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards. • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
