Responsibilities The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Supporting the execution of capital projects from concept development through startup and closeout • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities • Coordinating activities among engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, and construction teams • Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and escalating issues when necessary • Supporting the development of project scopes, estimates, schedules, and execution plans • Participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and project team meetings • Managing assigned project work packages and ensuring timely completion of deliverables • Coordinating contractors, vendors, and suppliers to support project objectives • Ensuring compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements • Preparing project documentation, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders Qualifications: Must Possess • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline • 3 years of engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, construction, or project management experience • Basic understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting capital projects in manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or energy environments • Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams • Knowledge of project controls, cost management, scheduling, or construction management practices In our pursuit to be the greatest place to work, we know that a critical element to enhancing our employee experience is to assure we’re operating with a solid foundation of trust. Pay Range (in local currency): $97,843.00 - $152,880.00 Chemours Level: 25 Annual Bonus Target: 8% The pay range and incentives listed above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation.
