Responsibilities • Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget • Conduct vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives • Develop product knowledge across a wide variety of vehicle makes and models • Present financing and payment options • Follow up with internet, phone, text, and showroom leads • Set and confirm customer appointments • Build long-term customer relationships and generate referral business • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities • Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service What We're Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience preferred • Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable using computers, email, and internet-based tools • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed • Positive attitude and professional appearance • Ability to work Saturdays and occasional evening hours Why Drive N-Motion?
