Brief Summary: Bedrosians is one of the largest independent tile and stone distributors in the United States, with nearly over 40 locations nationwide. We are seeking motivated, dependable, professionally-sound minded Warehouse Associates to join our Tustin Distribution Center team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Essential Functions: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our distribution center operating efficiently by: • Accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders and branch transfers using RF scanners and warehouse WMS technology • Receiving inbound freight, and verifying product quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders • Utilizing the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and order fulfillment activities • Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and material handling equipment • Assisting customers and drivers with material pickups while ensuring safe loading practices • Maintaining warehouse organization through proper slotting, stock rotation and inventory audits, and good housekeeping practices • Following all OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and operational procedures • Collaborating with warehouse and operations teams to meet productivity, quality, and service goals • Any other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Required: • Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability and attendance • Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment • Professional attitude with the ability to communicate respectfully and work effectively with customers, drivers, and team members • Ability to report to work on-time and have reliable transportation • Attention to detail and focus on accuracy • Basic computer skills and comfort using handheld scanners and warehouse technology • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly • Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed • Forklift experience is a plus • Prior warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving experience Preferred: • Logistics experience preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Why Join Us?: • Stable, full-time employment with an established and growing company • Opportunities for advancement and career development • Competitive benefits package • Safety-focused workplace • Team-oriented culture that recognizes hard work and performance Benefits: • 401(k) • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • Employee Assistance Program • Career Growth Opportunities Work Environment: Warehouse/distribution center setting with varying temperatures.
