Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Description: Position Purpose At Saint Francis Hospital the Neuroscience Unit provides multidisciplinary care to patients with neurological conditions such as acute stroke, transient ischemic attacks, seizure disorders & epilepsy. What you will do • In this critical Registered Nurse RN role you will monitor, record and respond to patients’ clinical status. • Assisting with hyperacute and acute treatment and support and encourage rehabilitation. Minimum Qualifications • Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing • BSN graduate preferred. • Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut. • Certification: BLS required. Position Highlights and Benefits: • Full-Time, weekends only, 12-Hr Night Shift. • Will work 24 hours (2 12-hr shifts) but will be paid or 30 hours per week. • All shifts will be every weekend, plus holidays. • All colleagues will be paid an additional differential during 24 hours worked and base pay during additional 6 non-worked hours.
