Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.39 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location. • Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed. • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns. • Monitor access points and help maintain visitor-management procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements. • Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: • At least one year of security-related experience is required. • Must meet hospital vaccination requirements. • Must be able to work in a hospital morgue. • Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting. • Customer service experience is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
