Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift at our Highland, IL facility! The core hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The rate for this position is $27.92 per hour plus an additional $0.50 shift differential. In this function, you will: * Install equipment/machinery. * Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment. * Troubleshoot and repair equipment. * Complete/maintain maintenance logs and associated documentation. * Operate a variety of lifts etc. * Maintain and follow all safety requirements. * Maintain and secure tools and repair equipment. Maintain/clean work areas. ## Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: * A minimum of one (1) year of industrial maintenance experience. * Must have a High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree) equivalent from an accredited institution * No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL will be considered.
