Lead the ER at Ardmore's Community Hospital Exceptional Healthcare's Ardmore hospital is an established part of the community. Our emergency department is busy, trusted, and serves Ardmore and the surrounding area every day. We need an ER Nurse Manager to lead the team, tighten operations, and raise the standard of care. This isn't a big-system job buried under layers of approval. You'll work directly with the CNO, make decisions quickly, and see the impact on your floor the same day. When the department gets slammed, you're right there with your team.
