Overview The Enterprise Data Ops Sr Coordinator is responsible for executing Employee Central (EC) mass load operations with high accuracy and within agreed service levels. This role ensures the correct processing of employee data transactions while maintaining data quality, compliance, and operational standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid HR system knowledge, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads, supporting day-to-day HR operations through reliable and consistent execution Responsibilities • Execute mass employee data uploads and updates in Employee Central using standard tools and templates. • Validate incoming data files for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with defined formats and business rules. • Perform pre-load and post-load checks to identify and correct data errors, inconsistencies, or exceptions. • Ensure all transactions are completed within agreed SLAs and timelines. • Identify data and system-related issues during processing and take corrective actions where possible. • Escalate complex issues or system limitations to senior team members or support teams with clear details. • Track and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution. • Work with tools such as Employee Central, HRDL, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Excel to process mass loads. • Follow established procedures, SOPs, and data governance standards when handling employee data. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, audit, and control requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data requirements and ensure correct processing. • Support testing activities by executing predefined test cases and validating results. • Assist in business-critical activities such as data migrations, organizational changes, and bulk updates. • Identify recurring issues and provide input to improve templates, processes, or data quality. • Support process improvement initiatives led by senior team members aimed at streamlining HR operations and reducing manual effort. Qualifications • 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services environment. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) or similar HR systems. • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (SNOW). • Experience handling high-volume transactional work with strong accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including: • Use of formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, TEXT functions) • Ability to perform data validation and reconciliation • Creation and use of Pivot Tables for data analysis • Efficient use of Excel shortcuts to manage large datasets Key Skills • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Mass Data Processing & Data Validation • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate–Advanced): • • Formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, TEXT) • Pivot Tables for data validation and analysis • Data cleansing and reconciliation • Efficient use of Excel shortcuts for large datasets • ServiceNow (SNOW) – Ticket Processing • Attention to Detail & Accuracy • SLA Adherence & Time Management • Problem Identification & Escalation • HR Operations Fundamentals
